Bryn Williams, Claire Clark MBE and Paul Gayler MBE will ensure that this year’s Nitto ATP Finals will be our most exquisite culinary adventure yet.


Bryn gained fame after winning the chance to cook for the Queen on the BBC’s Great British Menu 2006 and cooked the fish course for the Queen’s 80th birthday celebrations that year.

Claire is one of the UK’s leading pastry chefs with years of experience at the highest level. Claire headed up the pastry team in some of London’s best restaurants. 

Paul is recognised as one of Britain’s culinary masters, he is also an accomplished food writer and chef author as well as being a regular contributor to food journals, radio and T.V programmes throughout the world.
